artist statement
Both borrowing from and subverting my training as an architect, I'm interested in exploring
drawing not as resolute design, but as a synthesized process that merges the physical and
mental landscape. My drawings posit a contemporary interpretation of the current spatial
condition: the subject as spectator and participant in a world that is both forming and
destabilizing simultaneously. |
